In his first reference to Ukrainian claims of war crimes committed by Russian forces in Bucha, Prime Minister Bennett said that, "We are shocked at the images coming out of Bucha, terrible images, and we condemn them absolutely.
"The suffering of Ukrainian civilians is great indeed. We are doing everything we can to help."
