The Chief Rabbi of Kyiv, Rabbi Moshe Azman, recounted what he saw in the cities of Bucha and Irpin:
"Everything is true - until now I am unable to recover [from what I saw]. I saw a mass grave, not everyone was buried. There is fear that in many houses people were killed and they have not been able to check yet - because of the danger of mines."
