MDA urgently calls upon people with type O blood to donate blood, due to severe shortages.
MDA's Deputy Director of Blood Services, Prof. Eilat Shinar, said, "We are entering a difficult period of the Nissan holidays, in which there is a decrease in the number of blood donations throughout the country, combined with the high alert and continued spread of coronavirus."
