Due to military exercises that will commence today (Tuesday) in the south of the country, temporary traffic detours are expected:
Road 40 will be closed to traffic south of Mitzpe Ramon from the Rafa'el/Shdema junction to the Tsihor junction in both directions from 14:30 to 17:00. Wednesday morning the road will be blocked between the hours: 06:00 to 10:00 and 14:30 to 17:00.
The blockages will be intermittent for up to an hour and a half at each closure. Traffic jams are expected in these areas.
