Former Chief of Staff Gadi Eizenkot voiced optimism following the latest outbreak of violence in Israel, saying that there was, "No patent [for fighting terror]" and that a "steady hand" was required to lead the country.
"We have proven that we're capable of stopping terrorism," said Eizenkot.
