Police have detained a 32-year-old resident of Shchem (Nablus) suspected of harassing a woman in central Tel Aviv and illegally residing in the country. An indictment has been filed in the case.
Following the alleged incident, the woman was able to get the attention of a truck driver who accompanied her until police arrived at the scene.
Officers were able to locate and arrest the suspect.
