Ukrainian President Zelenskyy said tonight that he is sure the Russian-allied forces have begun to retreat from parts of Ukraine.
"It's happening slowly, but the trend is clear," he said in a recorded speech he released. According to him, the Russian army has withdrawn mainly from Ukraine's north.
