Defense Minister Benny Gantz this evening (Thursday) commented on reports that the Prime Minister's Office demanded that he not go to meetings with the King of Jordan and Abu Mazen.
"I do not know who acted to torpedo the meeting with Abdullah and Abu Mazen. I want to continue to deal with security issues and the political aspects related to security. Whoever sends soldiers into battle must make sure that all political efforts are exhausted first."
