The naming ceremony for the late Nadia Hilu Street took place this evening (Thursday) on Nadia Hilu Street (formerly Street 3874), in front of Dr. Dajani Square, in the presence of Tel Aviv-Yafo Mayor Ron Huldai, and Nadia's family and friends.
Huldai said at the ceremony: "In the many hours I spent with her on holidays and in moments of difficulty and crisis - I got to know a thoughtful woman, full of warmth and love, a feminist and fighter for equality and justice. This street, named for her, will be a street of hope and inspiration."
