The Jerusalem District Attorney's Office today filed an indictment in the city's district court against a resident of Jerusalem, after he blackmailed dozens of cell phone shop owners in several cities across the country. This was part of an alleged larger plan to monopolize the 'kosher' cell phone market, which had already made him approximately 200,000 ILS.
