Eliyahu Ozeri, the brother-in-law of Yaakov Shalom who was murdered in the Bnei Brak terror attack, paid tribute to him at a funeral currently being held in Bnei Brak:
'We lost a teacher from whom we learned, just by observing, the concept of loving-kindness. A devoted husband, an amazing father, a person who was all about giving, all kindness, without making an accounting, with a smile.'
