MK Idit Silman (Yamina) responded to the letter from the Minister of Health demanding that leavened food be introduced into hospitals on Passover.
“The result of this directive could exclude an entire demographic from hospitals during the holiday and thus harm the health of many. I suggest to the Minister of Health to focus on unifying issues and call on the hospital directors to ask the public to refrain from introducing leavened food to hospital grounds during the holiday," Silman said.
