Chairman of Otzma Yehudit MK Itamar Ben Gvir commented on the High Court's decision to award the Israel Prize to Prof. Goldreich:
'The High Court proves that it is on the side of those who oppose the State of Israel and lends support to the oppressors of Israel. If it were the opposite case, where a Jew from the right was denied the Israel Prize, due to statements that he made, the High Court would not intervene, but when it comes to the haters and enemies of Israel, the High Court always chooses the side of the enemies,' said Ben Gvir.
Ben Gvir added: "The reform that needs to be done in the legal system is truly necessary.'
