Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba said on Monday that the country's main and "most ambitious" goal is to agree on a ceasefire with Russia in the negotiations that will take place in Turkey.
"The minimum plan includes humanitarian issues, and the maximum plan is to reach an agreement on a ceasefire," he said.
