US Secretary of State Antony Blinken condemned Sunday's terror attack in Hadera, in a speech at the Negev Summit:
'I condemn the horrific terror attack that took place, in which two 19-year-old policemen were killed,' Blinken said. 'I join in on the condolences and wish health for the wounded. What we are doing here is the complete opposite of the destruction that the terrorists sought. We are here against the violence.'
