The prosecution today filed an indictment against 29-year-old lawyer Rafa Aslan, the son of businessman 'Faisal the Great,' for negligently causing the death of IDF officer Amit Itach in a hit-and-run accident.
Aslan is also accused of injuring two other IDF officers, obstruction of justice, and abandonment.
