Yoram Schweitzer, a senior research fellow at Israel's Institute for National Security Studies, spoke in an interview with Galei Zahal about ISIS claiming responsibility for the Hadera terror attack.
'ISIS has not been able to gain a foothold in the Arab Israeli or Palestinian public. The last two instances included people who were already [indoctrinated] by the idea. I do not see this [terror] organization attacking the State of Israel as a major target,' he said.
