Public Security Minister Omr Barlev has commented on the incident in which he promised to capture the terrorist responsible for the deadly stabbing in Be'er Sheva earlier this week, despite the culprit having been killed at the scene.
"This is not an excuse, but I was not supposed to deliver an obituary. I was supposed to lay a wreath on behalf of the government. The officiator simply announced 'and now the Public Security Minister will speak.' You know the rest."
