A Ukrainian military spokesman discussed the war with Russia and said that the Ukrainian forces have a huge advantage over the Russians on the ground.
'Russia has found itself in a state of shock and has activated its reserves prematurely. We expect to receive fighter jets from partnering countries,' the spokesman said in an interview with Kan News.
