Police say confiscating firearms 'routine in these circumstances'

The police say that the firearms used against the terrorist in the attack in Be'er Sheva were taken from the civilians as part of a routine investigative procedure, and will be returned to their owners at the end of the investigation.

"This is a routine procedure in an investigation of this kind," the police added. "The civilians who neutralized the terrorist acted very resourcefully."
