MK Yuli Edelstein from the Likud participated in a joint tour of the "Homesh Tehila" lobby and the Lobby for the Land of Israel in cooperation with the chairman of the Samaria Regional Council, Yossi Dagan.
"The trampling of Jewish settlement in the Negev and northern Samaria must be stopped. The law in Israel is not selective and it is not possible that what is forced on Jews will not be enforced on everyone. Not only is the defense minister leading up to the de facto establishment of a Palestinian state, but he is redefining the borders of the state and changing the strategic defenses of the State of Israel. We are here to stop this galloping and say in a clear and decisive voice - the Jewish settlement in the Negev and northern Samaria will return, rise and flourish."
