As reported by Ynet, the Haifa District Court has allowed the names of Or Akiva daycare child abuse suspects to be released for publication. Ella Hanukaev, manager of 'Harel' daycare in Or Akiva, is suspected of violence against toddlers in the daycare, along with caregivers Svetlana Shaulov, Nikki Yasmalov, and Rachel Hanukhev.
The daycare staff was arrested after a complaint was filed with the Hadera police, which opened an investigation and seized security camera footage documenting violence and aggression against a number of toddlers at the daycare.
