Ukrainian parliamentarian Olga Vasylevska-Smaglyuk accused the Russian army of war crimes, saying that, “What they are doing here is really, really similar to the Holocaust," in an interview with Galei Tzahal last week.
In an unprecedented attack on the Russian leader, Vasylevska-Smaglyuk later said Putin was today's Hitler.
During the interview, Vasylevska-Smaglyuk, who has a number of family members in Israel stated that, “What the Russians are doing is similar to the Nazi crimes. They are killing people, including children, and kidnapping them to Belarus, where there is a camp like Auschwitz. It is not just a war between two armies.”
