Israel's ambassador to Ukraine, Michael Brodsky, said Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy was wrong when comparing the Jewish people's slaughter at the hands of the Nazis to the Russian invasion of Ukraine.
"I don't think it's correct to compare the [Holocaust] to the situation the Ukrainians are facing today," Brodsky said during an interview with Galei Tzahal. "They're carrying out a heroic struggle against the Russians but it's an armed one [unlike of the Holocaust]," he added.
