Volunteers from the Dead Sea regional rescue unit were rushed about an hour ago to rescue a cyclist with a broken leg in the Judean Desert. The injured biker was evacuated by an IAF helicopter and the IDF's Unit 669 for special rescue operations. The volunteers helped another biker make their way safely out of the desert.
