Foreign Minister Lapid and the director general of his office wrote a letter to Foreign Ministry employees marking the 30th anniversary of the embassy attack in Buenos Aires in which they referred to Iran.
"Iran and its affiliates, including Hezbollah, have been and remain the largest terrorist state in the world. There is no international agreement that can clear the killers of who they are - a state of terror and terrorist organizations," the letter said.
