After reports that Russia had offered Ukraine a peace deal if it were to accept neutral status and full demilitarization, the Ukrainian side said it was turning down the offer.
Ukraine's negotiator said, instead, that his country will only agree to have its security guaranteed by international forces since it was currently at war with Russia.
