High Court judge Ofer Grosskopf ruled against an appeal by the State to keep Bat Yam resident Netanel Binyamin in prison after he was released by the District Court.
Binyamin was indicted of attempted murder charges after an incident in which he and two others attacked a Ramle Arab during ethnic riots at the time of Operation Guardian of the Walls.
