NATO defense ministers are to meet in Brussels today to assess the impact of the Russian invasion of Ukraine on the military alliance.
A senior U.S. official said that Ukrainian Defense Secretary Oleksii Reznikov will make a virtual appearance at the meeting and that it will also be attended by U.S. Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin.
