Russia has announced steps it will be taking in response to sanctions placed on it by the American government, in the wake of its invasion of Ukraine.
Russian officials have stated that Russia will be placing sanctions on U.S. President Joe Biden and the U.S. Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken.
