Israel: 3,951 new infections, 386 in serious condition

The Ministry of Health reported 3,951 new COVID-19 cases diagnosed over the past day out of a total of 25,844 tested for the virus.

386 patients remain in serious condition, including 165 on respirators.

10,367 Israelis have died of the virus.
