The governor of Ukraine’s Lviv region said that nine people were killed and 57 others wounded in a Russian airstrike on a military facility in the region.
Foreign military instructors were stationed at the facility, but Ukrainian's Defense Minister said it was unclear if any were present at the time of the attack.
