Israel's deputy ambassador to Ukraine, Yoav Bistritzky, told Reshet Bet that, "We are seeing a decrease in the number of Israelis arriving at the border, and estimate that there are about 1,500 left in the country."
"A lot of Jews are asking us for help. According to estimates, several thousand are still waiting to receive eligibility to move to Israel while trying to flee Ukraine," he added.
