The Kohelet Forum welcomed the passage of the Citizenship Law.
"The Citizenship Law that was re-enacted tonight is a Zionist law of first-class importance. Due to judicial intervention in the security and demographic defensive wall in immigration matters, the enactment of the law tonight was required to stem a dam breach that could lead to long-term security breach and the right of return from the back door."
"We congratulate Interior Minister Ayelet Shaked and MK Simcha Rotman, along with all those who support the law from the opposition and the coalition who knew how to transcend the routine struggles for the Zionist interest of the State of Israel," the forum said.
