Dr. Oleksandr Marshko, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Ukrainian Parliament, said this morning in an interview with Radio 103FM that his country does not intend to comply with Russian demands as part of the renewed negotiations between the parties in Belarus.
"My heart aches at the strike near Babi Yar - this is proof that there is a similarity between Hitler and Putin," he said.
