The Russian military is expected to contain the fire and open humanitarian corridors in several cities across Ukraine starting at 9 am Israel time.
Russian media have reported that humanitarian corridors are expected in Kyiv, Kharkov, Mariupol and Sumy, at the request of French President Emanuel Macron.
