Supreme Court President Justice Esther Hayut spoke at the inauguration of the new judges held at the President's House.
Hayut said: ''Certain recent incidents may give an incorrect impression as to the process of appointing judges. No method is immune to exceptional events, but overall the Israeli method is a balanced method. "
