Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said at a news conference that his country needs "written guarantees" from the US "at the minimum level of Secretary of State," AFP reported.
According to Lavrov, the guarantees must ensure that the sanctions "launched by the US will not in any way damage" Russia's right to "free, fully-fledged trade and economic and investment cooperation and military-technical cooperation with Iran."
