Shas chairman Aryeh Deri criticized the government's decisions regarding the Western Wall and the demolition in the Samaria town of Homesh.
"We started the morning with the desecration of a Torah scroll and the desecration of the Western Wall by a provocative reformist MK, and now, just before Shabbat, army forces are being sent to the Homesh Yeshiva to demolish houses with children and destroy Shabbat for them. This government has no heart, no soul, no spark of Judaism, and no right to exist."
