United Torah Judaism MK Moshe Gafni, attacks MK Gilad Kariv (Labor), who brought a Torah scroll to the Women of the Wall in the Western Wall plaza.
"Gilad Kariv is trying to provoke controversy and violence in the holiest place for the people of Israel. It offends the dignity of the president who constantly works for peace in the Western Wall and violates any agreement and commitment and acts in violation of Western Wall regulations," Gani accused. "The prayer of tens of thousands of daughters of Israel in this holy place, will bring peace to the world and constitute a huge beam of light that emanates from heaven, compared to the darkness of the reformist Kariv," he added.
