Recently, Arab rioters set fire to the fence of Beit Hadassah in Hebron, hung a PLO flag nearby, and threw stones at residents of the neighborhood.
The fire spread a short distance into the backyard of a house. Firefighters and security forces are on the scene. At this point, only property damage was caused.
A local resident said, "The rioters reached the courtyard fence, they set fire to a washing machine and a refrigerator, and other objects. There is smoke mixed with gas that was released from the refrigerators, putting us in danger of both burns and suffocation. There are no casualties. This is a serious incident, although miraculously with no injuries. Rioters came meters from the neighborhood, in daylight, and carried out an arson attack. This is an event that has not happened here for a long time, but there has been an increase in terrorism in the city recently."
