The commander of the IAF has decided to ground all Bell 206 'Saifan' helicopters being used for training flights. All such training will be suspended until further notice. The decision was prompted by an incident earlier today when a Saifan helicopter experienced a malfunction that forced an emergency landing during a training flight.
