A Ukrainian delegation is traveling by helicopter to meet with Russian counterparts for a second round of talks, Reuters reported, citing a Ukrainian presidential adviser.
Belarusian state news cited the Russian chief negotiator as saying the talks would start in Belarus at 1200 GMT.
