Rabbi Yosef Wolf, chief rabbi of the city of Kherson in Ukraine which was taken by the Russians, spoke about the situation in the city in an interview with Reshet Bet radio on Wednesday.
"The city is infested with hundreds of tanks and Russian soldiers. They forbid the movement of more than two people together in one vehicle and require raising hands as they approach the checkpoints. There is no medicine and food in the shops, hopefully supplies will be renewed tomorrow," said Rabbi Wolf.
