Russian President Putin announced tonight (Tuesday) the conditions under which he will agree to a ceasefire in Ukraine.
According to him, Russia demands recognition of the "People's Republics" of Luhansk and Donetsk and Russian sovereignty over the Crimean peninsula.
He further demands that Ukraine pledge not to aspire to acquire nuclear weapons in the future.
