Israeli ambassador to UN will not speak regarding Russia

Due to the sensitive nature of Israel's relations with Russia, Foreign Minister Lapid decided that in the emergency discussion at the UN, Ambassador Gilad Erdan would not speak. He will be replaced by his deputy, Noa Forman.
