UAE blames USA for abstention in UN

A senior UAE official told Kan that his country's failure to vote in the UN Security Council on the US-backed resolution against the Russian invasion of Ukraine was due in part to disappointment with the US stance on the Houthi rebels in Yemen who recently attacked the UAE.
