Tax reduction for parents of children with special needs

Parents of children with special needs, who are entitled to two credit points, will no longer be required to attach to the tax return a copy of a decision of a characterization and eligibility committee or a placement committee from the local authority, which determines their eligibility for special education in a personal file.
