Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy issued a taped statement in which he made it clear to Russia that the attack would not lead to the surrender of his country.
"Sooner or later Russia will have to talk to us about ending the invasion, their missiles are useless in the face of our freedom," Zelenskyy said.
