Chabad emissary in Kharkiv Mendel Moskowitz talks about the atmosphere in the city, a day after the Russian attack on Ukraine began.
"We remain for the community of about 20,000 Jews. The people on the ground have no idea what is happening, they did not believe there would be a war, it seemed like business as usual," Moskowitz said in an interview on Kan News.
